Green pressure treated timber has preserves forced into it using the tanalising process which prolongs the life of the material by protecting it against decay, weathering and insect attacks. The subtle green hue is a down to oxidation from the copper-based preservative employed in the process.

Tanalised wood weathers to a light brown colour then eventually to a pale grey. The wood can be left to weather naturally or can be coloured or stained to whatever colour you wish.

We stock a range of sizes and lengths at our yard. We can also supply you with stains and finishes to compliment your wood along with screws, fixings and hardware to compliment your external project.

Green treated decking and sleepers

Decking; Our green treated decking planks measure 27 x 145mm, supplied in various lengths. They can also be cut to size. The tanalised wood ensure the long life of our decking. We can also supply you with fixings and hardware to give you a perfect decking area.
